Privacy Policy
Draft for legal review. This text is not yet in force and may change before release.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Futurescape handles personal data in the Estate ERP. Your organisation decides why its records are kept; Futurescape processes them on its behalf to run the service.
2. Personal data we process
- Sign-in identity from your organisation's single sign-on: name, email address and account identifier.
- Your tenant, company, project and role assignments.
- Records you create or approve, including who acted and when.
- Documents you upload.
- Technical data needed to keep sessions secure, such as session cookies.
3. Why we process it
To sign you in, apply your access rights, show you the records you are allowed to see, keep a reliable history of decisions, and support and secure the service.
4. Sharing
- With other users in your organisation, and with joint-venture partners, only as your access and agreements allow.
- With connected applications your organisation uses, such as accounting, payroll and customer systems, for the records they own.
- With hosting and storage providers that run the service for us.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Business records are kept for as long as your organisation's agreement requires. Evidence of approvals and consents cannot be edited or deleted, so it is kept for the full retention period.
6. Security
Access is limited by role and scope, sessions use secure cookies, and evidence records are protected against change.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or raise a grievance. Contact your organisation's Estate administrator first; they can involve Futurescape.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also the Terms of Service.
