Terms of Service
Draft for legal review. This text is not yet in force and may change before release.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern use of the Estate ERP service provided by Futurescape. They apply to every person who signs in, and to the company or tenant on whose behalf that person acts.
2. Accounts and access
- You sign in through your organisation's single sign-on account. Keep your credentials private and tell your administrator at once if you suspect misuse.
- Your tenant and company administrators decide what you can see and do. Access follows your current company, project and role assignments.
- Joint-venture partners see only the records their agreements and roles allow.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned scope, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use the service to breach another person's rights.
4. Your data
Your organisation owns the business records it enters. Futurescape processes them only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Records of decisions
Approvals, consents, signatures and other evidence records cannot be edited or deleted after they are saved, so that the history of decisions stays reliable.
6. Development and mock data
Screens marked as development or mock data are for testing only. They do not execute live transactions, approvals or payments and must not be relied on as real records.
7. Accounting, payroll and other connected applications
Accounting, payroll and employment records remain the responsibility of the connected applications that own them. Estate holds planning records and scoped copies for reporting.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms go to your organisation's Estate administrator, who can raise them with Futurescape.
